The pressure control system is a gas pressure regulating device that integrates various functional components such as pressure regulating, current limiting and automatic control. Pressure control system is generally composed of "safety emergency cut off valve + monitoring pressure regulator + working pressure regulator" these main equipment in sequence from upstream to downstream gas regulator device, and supporting the corresponding instruments and meters. At the same time, the main equipment can be configured in a variety of ways such as self-operated, electric or pneumatic according to different user requirements and process requirements.
The whole system adopts modular and skid-mounted supply, and the main equipment and related instruments in the system have been installed and manufactured in the factory, and the monomer inspection and the whole machine performance test have been carried out. It has the characteristics of high precision, excellent performance, safety and reliability, reasonable structure, convenient installation and simple operation.
In the normal working state of the system, the safety emergency shutdown valve and monitoring pressure regulator are fully open, and the working pressure regulator regulates the downstream outlet pressure. When the working pressure regulator fails and the downstream outlet pressure cannot be controlled, the monitoring pressure regulator takes over from the working pressure regulator to adjust the downstream outlet pressure. When the monitoring pressure regulator also fails and the downstream outlet pressure cannot be controlled, the safety emergency cut-off valve automatically and quickly closes to cut off the airflow and ensure the safety of the system.
