All gas turbine power plants using natural gas as raw materials need a complete set of natural gas supply system equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation of gas turbines. The system usually includes an inlet unit, a metering unit, a gas pretreatment unit, a pressure regulation (pressurization or decompression) unit, a temperature regulation (heating or cooling) unit, an electrical and control unit, and auxiliary systems such as discharge, blowdown and safety monitoring.

◆ Inlet unit: usually composed of insulated joints and emergency cut-off valve (ESD), insulated joints play an isolating potential role, emergency cut-off valve in emergency quickly cut off the air source, to ensure the system is reliable and safe;
◆ Metering unit: composed of ultrasonic flowmeter, flow computer, pressure, temperature transmitter, gas component analysis system, usually the gas component analysis system includes a set of integrated gas chromatograph, hydrocarbon dew point, water dew point analyzer and hydrogen sulfide analyzer. The flow computer receives the flow signal, completes the calculation and realizes the remote transmission;
◆ Gas pretreatment unit: equipped with coarse and fine filtration system according to different natural gas temperament characteristics to achieve the function of removing solid and liquid impurities in gas. All kinds of filtration systems include cyclone separator, cyclone separation filter, filter separator and other options, can also be arranged according to the site conditions horizontal or vertical structure;
◆ Pressure regulation (pressurization or decompression) unit: adjust and control the pressure to meet the demand of the gas pressure used by the gas turbine. Usually, the pressurization configuration is suitable for the working condition where the gas pressure is lower than the use pressure. It is necessary to configure a natural gas compressor to achieve the purpose of pressurization; The pressure reduction configuration is suitable for the condition that the gas pressure is higher than the use pressure, and the pressure regulator needs to be configured to meet the requirements.
◆ Temperature regulation (heating or cooling) unit: regulate the temperature of natural gas through various heat exchangers to reach the normal use range of gas turbine, heating is used for decompression station and cooling is used for supporting compressor booster station;
◆ Electrical and control unit: usually includes host computer, display screen, PLC, flow computer and distribution cabinet, UPS composition, to achieve power supply and station control functions;
◆ Release and blowdown system: release includes manual and safe release valve and centralized release system; Blowdown is composed of blowdown valve and sewage collection system
